A FLASH FLOOD WATCH is in effect for Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Houston, Lee, Leon, Madison, Milam, Montgomery, Robertson, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker, Waller, and Washington Counties until 7am SUNDAY. 1" to 3" of rain, with localized totals between 5" & 7" will be possible as a slow moving, weak cold front arrives through early Sunday.
BRYAN - A man under arrest for indecent exposure of after an alleged flashing incident in Bryan is also in trouble for parole violation.
Police say Calvin Coffer exposed himself to several women within a mile from each other Wednesday morning in the Austin's Estates area.
He is charged with criminal trespass, indecent exposure and driving with an invalid license.
He has an extensive arrest record, dating back to 2008.
According to TDCJ, Coffer was on parole for a conviction on the following charges:
- Attempted Burglary of a Habitation
- Possession of a controlled substance
He was paroled in March.
He could be tried on parole violation charges, along with criminal trespass, indecent exposure and driving with an invalid license.
