Man Ends Up in Front Yard After Allegedly Hitting Two Other Cars

COLLEGE STATION - A College Station man's car ended up in someone's front yard early Wednesday morning.

21-year-old Justin Ryan Davenport is facing a charge for Driving While Intoxicated. According to police, a witness heard Davenport hit two cars then stop in a front yard.

When officers arrived, Davenport told them he was the only person in the car. Officers said he had slurred speech and smelled like alcohol.

Davenport posted bond and was released from jail.
