Charges are pending for a man who allegedly led authorities on a two hour pursuit from Livingston to Humble.
Police say the man was trying to break into vehicles in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Livingston.
The suspect was approached late Sunday night by police when he fled the scene.
Authorities chased him through Polk, Liberty and Montgomery counties.
Spikes were placed along the road in Montgomery County but only two tires were hit and the suspect kept going.
The chase continued in Harris County and after about two hours, came to an end near Highway 59 in Humble.
Police removed the suspect from his vehicle and he was arrested. His identity has not been released.
