HOUSTON -- Houston police are seeking a grandson of an 89-year-old minister after the pastor and his daughter were found beaten to death in a burning home.

Police say the 20-year-old grandson is a person of interest in Thursday's killing of the Rev. Clements Dorsey and 61-year-old Barbara Dorsey Alexander. Investigators say the woman was visiting from Moreno Valley, Calif.

Sgt. J.J. Wilson says both victims suffered blunt force trauma and the house was ransacked. Autopsies have been ordered.

Police say the grandson had stayed at the house after being released from jail in a theft case but Dorsey last Sunday asked him to leave. Police believe the young man fled in his grandfather's SUV.

Wilson says the pastor's wife has dementia and slept through the killings. She wasn't hurt.
