BRYAN A man with a history of public intoxication convictions added another arrest to his record in Bryan.
At 5:00 p.m. Friday, a Bryan police officer was called to the Exxon at the corner of William J. Bryan and Sims near Downtown. According to the police report, Andrew Donovan had been throwing items around in the store.
When the officer approached, Donovan, 33, allegedly told the female officer he loved her, then asked for sex. After screaming at the officer, he admitted to being on PCP, then screamed some more during additional questioning, and was eventually taken to jail.
From July to September of 2013, Donovan has four convictions on public intoxication charges, which means Friday's charge is enhanced. Those prior convictions were out of the Fort Worth area.
