BRYAN Bryan police say the suspect in Saturday night's shooting at the Forest Park Apartments has turned himself in to authorities.
Sedrick "CJ" Darnell reportedly turned himself in to the Brazos County Sheriff's Office at approximately 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.
He's charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Officers were called out to the Forest Park Apartments in the 1800 block of Sandy Point Road around 7 o'clock Saturday night. According to Bryan police, a suspect fired eight to ten shots outside of the complex.
A 21-year-old man was struck in the leg and taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan. A 14-year-old boy was grazed in the head by a bullet. He was also taken to St. Joseph. They were both in stable condition Saturday night.
