COLLEGE STATION - Johnny Manziel is back on the cover of Sports Illustrated.

Texas A&M's Heisman Trophy winner graces the cover of this week's NFL Draft preview. The issue includes an article by Peter King titled, "5 Meditations on Johnny Football."

Manziel is one of the most talked about players of this years draft. ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. and Todd McShay both project Manziel will go 4th overall to the Cleveland Browns.

Earlier this week, CBS commentator Jim Nantz created a lot of buzz when he told ESPN Cleveland, "I've heard this rumor for a month -- the Cowboys will figure out a way to get Manziel." The next day, Nantz insisted he has no insider info and that it is simply a rumor.

The first round of the NFL Draft is May 8 in New York City.
