MAGNOLIA, MONTGOMERY COUNTY Montgomery County Sheriff's detectives are looking for five or six men they believe are behind the burglary of a steel supply store over the weekend.
Detectives believe the group of men broke into the Specialty Steel Supply in the 19200 clock of Circle Lake Drive around 11 o'clock Saturday night. The suspects stole high temperature aluminum/nickel alloy rods of various diameters and lengths used for down hole drilling and loaded the pipe into two white vans.
They have released surveillance camera photos of the suspects and the white van.
Montgomery County Sheriff's detectives are looking for:
Monel/Nickel Alloy – numerous ½”, 2”, 4”, & 11” diameter pieces at 6’ and 8' lengths. End caps painted green/black.
Inconel/Nickel Alloy rods: numerous 1/2" diameter and 3/4" diameter at 16' lengths.
Numerous pieces of 1 1/4" diameter at 19' lengths. End caps are painted red/white
