MONTGOMERY COUNTY - A jail inmate accused of trying to hire a hit man to murder a Montgomery County prosecutor and attack the county's district attorney will be tried in Brazos County.

84-year-old Dorothy Canfield is charged with two counts of criminal solicitation for capital murder and aggravated assault on a public servant.
Investigators say Canfield was in jail on a felony theft charge and she didn't know the hit man she hired was actually an undercover investigator.

The trial was moved so Canfield could get a fair trial, and is expected to start in late August.
