Montgomery County Resident Dies From West Nile

HOUSTON -- A Montgomery County resident has died from the West Nile virus, according to The Department of State and Health Services.

Three additional cases of West Nile were also reported Wednesday, bringing the total number of West Nile cases in Montgomery County to eleven.

The fatal case of the virus involved a north Montgomery County resident who had West Nile Neuroinvasive Disease, officials said.
