Montgomery County Drug Bust

On Tuesday February 28, 2012, at approximately 1:30 p.m. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit and the Conroe Police Department Narcotics Unit served a search warrant at an apartment located in the 500 Block of Fm 1488 Conroe, Texas.

The SIU received a TIP that a suspect was trafficking illegal drugs from the residence. During the warrant service the suspect threw a large plastic bag containing drugs from his balcony into a wooded area. Officers on the scene observed this action and the contraband was recovered.

Approximately 2 ounces of cocaine, Vials of liquid Steroids, LSD tabs, Hydrocodone and Xanax Pills were recovered along with an electronic scale and other drug paraphernalia. Also recovered were drug ledgers which indicated drug sales. Approximately $4000 in currency was seized.

The suspect was arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail on numerous charges that include Possession of Cocaine F-1, Possession of C/S-hydrocodone F-1, Possession C/S LSD – F-2, Tampering with evidence SJF.
