Authorities have made an arrest in a drive-by shooting that left one man dead in Montgomery County earlier this year.
Officials with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office say 40-year old Daniel Longoria Jr. was arrested for the May 12th shooting of 43 year old Raymundo Zarate Jr. on Saturday, July 7th.
A SWAT team was deployed to a motel in Houston and Longoria was apprehended without incident.
Junior was at his Magnolia home in May, when police say Longoria drove past the house and fired two shots from a shotgun striking Zarate.
Investigators believe Longoria was angry over a previous argument that had taken place at a local park.
Also charged in the case are Angeline McInnis, Adam Longoria, and Jose Martinez.
