Back on July 23, 2012 a Navasota resident was arrested for intoxication assault after driving through a Hi-Ho convenience store.
The spectacular crash was caught on surveillance cameras.
The Grimes County Grand Jury is now formally indicting 36-year-old Denise Wilson.
Raj Kumar, 28, of Navasota was standing behind the register July 23rd when Wilson's vehicle busted through the wall and sent him flying approximately fifteen feet.
Intoxication assault in a third degree felony.
