A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY is in effect for Milam, Robertson, and Leon Counties from 12am to 12pm THURSDAY. A strong cold front will reach the Brazos Valley by mid-afternoon to early evening WEDNESDAY. Mild temperatures are expected to sharply fall as strong, brisk north winds arrive. A scattered rain chance could turn into a scattered, wintry mix between 1am and Noon Thursday.
Their service careers started at Texas A&M and led them into World War II. Saturday, five Medal of Honor winners were posthumously inducted into the A&M Corps of Cadets' Hall of Honor.
In addition to the five who served their country after serving in the Aggie Corps, nine others were inducted into the Hall of Honor, which was established back in 1993 to pay tribute to people who distinguished themselves.
The ceremony was held at Rudder Auditorium on campus. Plaques and portraits of inductees are placed in the Sam Houston Sanders Corps of Cadets Center.
