BRYAN COLLEGE STATION - ATLAS is the first and only master planned community in Texas designed for companies engaged in the manufacturing of biologics and pharmaceuticals.

Other partners have already found ATLAS attractive. Texas A&M is under construction on the first component of the newly formed Center for Innovation in Advanced Development and Manufacturing (CIADM). This first element is a $91 million facility to be operated by KALON Biotherapeutics that will manufacture a Glaxo Smith Kline product and provide a national response capability in the event of a man-made or natural pandemic.
This national asset is situated near Caliber Biotherapeutics, the world’s largest plant-based vaccine manufacturing facility. Also under construction is the global headquarters for Woodbolt International, the maker of Cellucor nutrition products.
An important part of a vibrant experience within ATLAS will be the focus on wellness with an extensive trail system throughout the community as well as a thriving ATLAS town center where residents and guests will be able to walk to Lake Atlas and enjoy the inviting green space along its bank. A boutique hotel and retail are in planning along with waterfront restaurants, a live music venue and additional dining experiences. Atlas town center is being designed by TBG Partners, award winning land planning team whose long list of recognizable projects includes Market Street in The Woodlands, Texas. ATLAS also has direct access to Easterwood Airport and the many amenities of Traditions Club, which features a Nicklaus designed golf course and is home to the Texas A&M golf teams.
