BRYAN, Texas - A Bryan man says he'll pay a cash reward to whoever helps put the person responsible for stealing around $32K worth of lawn care equipment behind bars.
Brian Fuller said it happened sometime Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning at his Circle B Irrigation business on Gooseneck Drive near Highway 21.
"When I came in Wednesday morning, everything was gone," said Fuller. "When all your equipment is gone, you have to start over."
Fuller said the crooks cut a phone line outside his business, made their way to the back of the building, then cut their way inside.
"They just took the screws right out of the back of it and cut their way in," said Fuller.
Once the thieves were inside, they cut a cable lock on a bay door, raised the door and loaded the stolen goods onto a waiting trailer outside.
Fuller said more than half of his equipment was stolen. Equipment he depends on to run his business.
"All the equipment was already on the trailer," said Fuller. "They unloaded the trailer, then loaded their trailer with it. So they left mine and took theirs."
Bryan police said they're following up any leads in the case. Fuller said he's going to put in some extra security measures at his business to help prevent something like this from happening again.
Fuller says he's offering a cash reward to anyone with information leading to an arrest in this case.
