A Bryan man is accused of vandalizing four vehicles with a strap used for towing cars.

Police say 29-year-old David Montes was swinging the tow strap, then striking vehicles in the Hurricane Harry's parking lot Tuesday night.

Montes allegedly cracked one car's windshield, broke another's side mirror, broke a windshield wiper and dented another vehicle's fender.

The Bryan resident was arrested for public intoxication, and two counts of criminal mischief.
