UPDATE: Bryan Man Dies After Late Night Shooting in College Station

8:48 AM UPDATE: A Bryan man has died after a late night shooting in College Station.

CSPD says that 28 year old Christopher Troy Reeves of Bryan and 28 year old Robert Michael Farr were attempting to rob a home in College Station late Monday night when Reeves was shot. Police say that Reeves had entered the College Station home alone while Farr waited in the car. It was then that Reeves was shot and he turned to leave the house.

Police say that Farr then fled the scene, driving Reeves to the College Station Medical Center where he later died.

Farr is being charged with criminal attempt robbery.

Two people are being questioned in connection with the shooting.

8:01 a.m. UPDATE: CSPD briefly detained to people in relation to a shooting late Monday night. Investigators were lead to a house on Holik Drive near Anderson Street where these two people were located.
UPDATE: CSPD say they are investigating an area near Anderson Street and Holik Drive. Police are asking people to avoid the area. News 3 is being told there is not a stand-off and no perimeter is being set up, but that police are trying to make contact with people in that area.


College Station Police are investigating a shooting that happened late Monday night that left one man severely injured.

It happened Monday night and many details surrounding the shooting are unclear at this time.

According to CSPD, a male victim was taken to the College Station Medical Center with a gunshot wound.

The victim is said to have severe injures.

Officials are still trying to determine where the shooting may have happened so far they have not found a crime scene.

Police say they do not have a suspect at this time.
