COLLEGE STATION - An 18-year-old College Station man has been arrested for criminal trespassing after police say he broke into several homes in the same neighborhood.
On December 28, police say David Mark Gonzales climbed through the window of a home in the 900 block of Crepe Myrtle and into the bedroom of a 9-year-old girl. They also believe he had broken into at least three other homes over a period of several months.
The mother of the 9-year-old girl tells us her daughter was unharmed.
Based on the information learned during the investigation, a warrant was obtained and police arrested Gonzales on Monday.
Gonzales is charged with one count of Criminal Trespass, a Class A misdemeanor. He’s being held on $50,000 bond.
