BRYAN – Police have arrested a man they say was acting like a ninja while high on PCP.
Someone called 911 Monday evening, concerned about Anthony Lister’s well being. They said he was acting like a child and performing “ninja moves.”
When police arrived, they say Lister appeared to be disoriented and did not know where he was. His speech was slow and unintelligible. Lister had a blank stare and stood very rigid.
Police arrested Lister for Public Intoxication. During a search, they found a cigarette that had been dipped in PCP. Lister was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
