BRYAN - A drunk driver found himself in trouble with authorities Friday night, but it wasn't the first time.
Bryan Police found 36-year-old Brodrick McGee blocking both lanes of traffic in the 800 block of Henderson.
After pulling him over at Military and East MLK, the officer says he noticed McGee's eyes were blood shot, glassy and there was a strong odor of alcohol.
Authorities obtained a warrant for a blood test and took McGee to the St Joseph Regional Medical Center. According to police reports, McGee then became belligerent, kicking over chairs and threatening other people nearby.
McGee was later taken to jail and charged with DWI, Resisting Arrest and Retaliation. He is currently on parole until August for other previous convictions.
