COLLEGE STATION - UPDATE: the power is back on in South College Station. BTU says a piece of equipment failed. They were able to reroute power from other stations.
A power outage in South College Station has about 750 customers in the dark Tuesday morning.
According to Bryan Texas Utilities, the outage happened around 4:15 a.m. Power crews are out investigating the cause, but officials say they don't know when the power will be back on yet.
News 3 received word from viewers that the power outage is affecting the Creek Meadows subdivision.
As soon as we get more information on when the lights will be back on, we'll update this story.
