Brandon Keith Richardson was indicted on a first-degree felony charge of murder for the death of Brice Bennett.
According to arrest reports, Richardson fled from "Neal's Hideaway Club" in his car after firing shots from a handgun into a crowd standing in the parking lot.
One of the bullets hit Bennett.
Richardson faces up to 99 years in prison.
