A FLASH FLOOD WATCH is in effect for Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Houston, Lee, Madision, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker, Waller, & Washington Counties until 8am Saturday morning. Severe thunderstorm potential has passed the Brazos Valley for the night. A few storms with heavy rain, thunder, lightning will continue to be possible through 3am.
College Station Police are in search of an unknown suspect who used a broken glass bottle to assault the 3 victims. According to police, the suspect assaulted the 3 victims in the 2400 block of Bandera just after 1 a.m. Sunday. The suspect fled the scene before authorities arrived. The 3 victims were transported by their friends to 1604 Rock Prairie Rd, the College Station Medical Center, and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
This case is under investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division. Police said charges for the suspect will include aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Anyone with information is asked to contact CSPD at 979-764-3600.
