Suspect Wanted in Shooting at Bryan Convenience Store


Police are looking into a shooting at a convenience store in Bryan that left one person injured.

According to Bryan Police, the incident took place outside the King Mart in the 700 block of E. Martin Luther King Street just before 2:00 p.m.

A 32-year-old man was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan with what are being described as non-life threatening injuries.

The vehicle of the suspect was located near the shooting scene, but the suspect remains at large. BPD believes it was an acquaintance of the victim.

No description of the suspect was provided by police, and no other information was released.
