BRENHAM - The Brenham Fire Department is investigating two suspicious fires at city parks this past weekend.

The city's fire marshal says the first one happened around 9 last Saturday night at the restroom and concession stand near Henderson Park on Blue Bell Road. The building received significant fire and smoke damage.

The second was in a trash barrel in the restrooms at the Jackson Street Park. Investigators say that fire caused smoke damage. No one was injured.
