The former Texas A&M employee arrested in connection with a bomb threat on campus is still in the Brazos County jail, and KBTX has learned this isn’t his first visit.
He has been charged for several other crimes in the Brazos Valley dating back to 20 years ago.
Michael Francis Thomas, 43, was charged last week with making a terroristic threat.
According to county records, he's had 12 prior criminal arrests dating back to 1992. They include several charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while his license was suspended, and credit card abuse.
Police say Thomas is a person of interest in another bomb threat involving Kyle Field earlier this week.
He is currently being held in the Brazos County jail on a $75,000 bond.
