6pm: Narcotics Bust Update

Three People Arrested in Narcotics Bust

Three people are now in jail after Bryan Police conducted a bust at a home at 1006 Burt Street at approximately 5:00AM Thursday morning.

After receiving numerous tips and after several days of investigation, Bryan Police officers raided the home which is believed to be a possible methamphetamine lab.

Those arrested include:

Randolph Miller, DOB 12/31/1975, of Bryan
-Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
-Bond is set at $3,000

Jessica Najvar, DOB 6/3/1982
-Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
-Bond has not been set

Reynold Rios, Jr. DOB 3/22/1985, of Caldwell
-Assault Family Violence
-Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone
-Fabricating physical evidence
-Evading arrest
-Intent to give false information
-Bond is set at $8,000

Because of the nature of the chemicals involved in the incident, a HAZMAT team from Houston is on its way to handle the situation.

The investigation continues into this drug bust.
