If you have an outstanding fine or warrant, you better take care of it now.
On Friday local law enforcement announced that starting on February 25th, they will participate in the "Great Texas Warrant Round up."
Until then there is an amnesty period to get any outstanding fines taken care of, but if you wait until it's too late. Sheriff Chris Kirk says they will come find offenders wherever they are.
“It's a day and night operation. They'll be visiting their workplaces if they have to, but we're serious about this you have to take care of your business,” said Kirk.
More than 200 law enforcement agencies statewide are participating in the 2012 event.
