MONTGOMERY COUNTY Two men are under arrest, and a third on the run, after Montgomery County Sheriff's Deputies caught them stealing tools and fishing equipment from a trailer outside a motel.

Tuesday morning around 3 o'clock, deputies in South Montgomery County were dispatched to a local hotel on Interstate 45 near Valleywood Road where a witness reported suspicious activity and described that suspects were looking in vehicles and taking tools and other equipment.

Deputies stopped a vehicle nearby that matched the description given and deputies found another suspect in the parking lot of the motel.

Deputies discovered a cargo trailer with the entry door open and a cut lock on the ground. After finding and interviewing the trailer owner deputies learned that tools and fishing equipment had been taken. The stolen items were found in the vehicle that had been stopped.

37-year-old Angeline Offord and 46-year-old Charles Toliver were arrested and taken to jail charged with a state jail felony theft. A third suspect was not found and there is an on-going investigation.
