Two Bryan Residents Charged With Health Care Fraud

Two Bryan residents have been arrested for health care fraud and mail fraud, both Federal charges.

Armed with indictments, Federal agents along with Bryan Police and Brazos County Sheriffs Deputies raided a Bryan chiropractor's office.

34 year old chiropractor Chase Edward Lindsey was taken into custody about 9:30 Friday morning.

Marion Young was also arrested in her apartment in Bryan. No other information was available about her arrest.

Investigators say a total of five people were indicted for healthcare and mail fraud.

The other three are from Waco. No word on whether they have been arrested yet.
