Two people are out of jail Saturday evening after police say they found drugs and weapons in their car, including a grenade- all while children were in the vehicle.
Hearne police stopped a Honda Pilot late Friday afternoon after getting a call of a reckless driver. Inside they say they found several shotguns, handguns, a rifle and a grenade.
To help handle a potentially dangerous situation, Hearne police say they requested help from the College Station Police Department's bomb squad.
Charges have been filed against the driver, Laban Graves, including possession of marijuana, the unlawful carrying of weapons, resisting search and transport, open container, and child endangerment. Monica Graves is also charged with possession of marijuana and child endangerment.
