Victim Fights Back Against Would-be-robber in College Station

COLLEGE STATION Police are looking for a suspect who attempted to rob a juvenile male in College Station.

It happened around 8:45 Monday night in the 200 block of Krenek Tap at the Oak Forest Mobile Home Park.

Police say the juvenile was approached by a white male wearing a dark sweatshirt, who demanded cash from him.

When the suspect realized the victim had no cash, he struck the victim several times in the face and tried to steal his iPod.

The victim fought back, striking the suspect several times in retaliation.

The would-be robber fled and the juvenile sustained minor injuries.
