Washington County Man Arrested for Burglary of a Habitation

The Washington County Sheriff's Office says a man previously arrested for burglary of a habitation has been arrested again.

27 year old Daniel James Nepveux of Washington County was first arrested on March 11th for breaking into a home in the county.

Nepveux was later released after posting $100,000 bond.

On Tuesday, he was arrested again at his residence and charged with a second count of burglary of a habitation.

He was taken to jail and his bond is set at $250,000 for each offense.
