Bryan - A Bryan woman has been arrested on outstanding warrants after a traffic stop over the weekend.

49 year old Kimberly Yvette Oaks-Brooks was pulled over for speeding and is now facing child endangerment charges for an accident that happened back in March.

Police say Oaks-Brooks was driving with her four grandchildren and three of them were not in car seats.

Authorities say Oaks-Brooks became distracted by the children and hit a tree.

At the time of the crash, she told police she didn't take the car seats with them because they were just going to the store down the street.
