A former Texas State University student says she's been wrongly jailed for weeks after authorities said they believe she was involved in bomb threats to the San Marcos school.

Brittany Henderson tells the Austin American-Statesman (bit.ly/Vx4gBp3) Share she didn't even know about the mid-October threats emailed to the school until she heard about them on television.

She was arrested five days later and was held in the Hays County Jail until last week when she was released on bond.

A federal criminal complaint says her ex-boyfriend, 22-year-old Dereon Kelley, used her email to send threats to Texas State and Texas A&M.

The 19-year-old Henderson says she was asleep at the time the threats were made.
