Posted: 5:41 PM Testimony has begun in the murder trial of a Bryan man accused of stabbing an elderly man and beating the victim's wife. 20-year-old Michael Anthony Lopez is charged with murder and two counts of burglary of a habitation. During opening statements this afternoon, prosecutors set the stage for the case against Lopez, while the defense chose not to make a statement.
