Five year old Victor Hamilton is in critical condition at Shriners' Hospital in Galveston, his twin sister Vickia also listed in critical condition. The stack stood on Hot Rod Hill for more than a month, but on New Year's Day, it was illegally set on fire again. The remaining logs were still on the property.
