manslaughter in the suffocation death of her five-month-old baby. The jury returned the verdict Sunday against Angela DiSabella, 21. She was sentenced to seven years in prison for the
2004 death of her daughter.
Updated: 11:19 AM College Station Police say alert store clerks are to credit for the arrest of two suspected forgers. Police arrested Mitchevonta Brown, 31, of Houston Saturday. Also arrested was Kenneth Frances, 21, of Houston.

murder in the fatal shooting of a Dallas police officer this
morning. Police Chief David Kunkle says Officer Brian Jackson was
pronounced dead at 3:52 a-m- at Baylor Medical Center. He was 28.
