Shark Found Dead in Corpus Christi

Posted: 12/14/2006 - Results show a nine-foot mako shark that washed up at Corpus Christi had nothing in its stomach and intestines. Experts say the shark likely had been sick and was weak enough to be carried toward shore by a current. Shortfin mako sharks are usually found off the California coast.
