SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Emergency personnel say two men have drowned during a family outing at a San Antonio-area lake.

The Comal County Sheriff's Office says one body has been
recovered and the search will resume Thursday for the second man.

Sgt. Tommy Ward says eight people were on a boat Wednesday night
when 60-year-old Fredrico Gonzales of Converse jumped into the
water to cool off.

Authorities believe Gonzales began to struggle, then 36-year-old
Arnulfo David Gutierrez of Toluca, Mexico, jumped in to try to save
the older man.

Neither man wore a life vest. The body of the younger man was
recovered shortly after the accident.
