Bryan city councilman may be violating city charter residency rules

A Bryan city councilman may be in violation of rules that outline where elected officials may or may not live during their terms of service.

A Bryan city council member has been accused of assaulting a woman he knows on at least two occasions, including late last month. At the time of the latest assault, the woman was pregnant.
