Job Description
We are currently seeking friendly, outgoing individuals to provide in-house technical PC support to all levels of associates, including management (we currently support 800+ desktops, 500+ laptops, and 80+ servers). You will respond to user calls and trouble reports and may visit in person to determine the nature of problem and course of action to resolve all PC/LAN issues. You may build/configure PCs and laptops, servers and routers. You will also load software, conduct audits for unlicensed software, and field helpdesk calls from associates at all facilities and in the field.

Requirements:
  • Basic PC setup and configuration knowledge
  • Some hands on experience with PC operations
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing, team oriented and goal driven
  • Able to handle high stress and have a “want to work in the field” attitude
  • Prefer A+ certification
