| Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center currently has an openings in the Respiratory Therapy Department. RRTs / CRTs are now needed for the PRN Pool! Additional help needed on day and night shifts. Great PRN rates!. Position Requirements: Must have RRT or CRT licensure with at least 1 year experience. About Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center: Hillcrest is an integrated health system serving a six-county region in Central Texas. We just moved into our new $184 million campus in April of this year. Our Women’s and Children’s Center showcases state of the art design in Waco’s only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care. While we are a Level II Trauma Center, our real focus is on family centered emergency care in a setting that can handle any emergent medical need. Our post acute care services include a Rehab Hospital, a new Skilled Nursing Facility, Home Care and Hospice. Family practice clinics at various locations in the Waco area provide outpatient care to both adult and pediatric patients. We are partnered with, and co-managed by Scott and White Healthcare, yet remain locally governed. This partnership allows us expanded access to even comprehensive services, expertise, and resources for our patients. Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center is located in Waco, Texas, midway between Dallas and Austin on I-35. Waco is the home of Baylor University, Texas State Technical College and McLennan Community College. Waco is also the home of the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame, the Dr Pepper Museum, the Cameron Park Natural Habitat Zoo and the Texas Sports Hall of Fame among others. Waco has the feel of a small town with the convenience of a growing city. Because Waco is the county seat for McLennan County, Hillcrest serves not only Waco, but its surrounding cities as well. Hillcrest is one of the top three employers in Waco and is able to serve an extended area through the medical center, six area clinics, managed care products and wellness center.
