The majority of the fractures that are caused from Osteoporosis are wrists, vertebral fractures and hip fractures. The majority of people that have those fractures are, of course, women because women have a better propensity of getting Osteoporosis than men do. The percentage is 80 to 20 percent.

Exercise and activity help in many ways.

Bone mass plays into the whole spectrum of balance, falls, and activities so that you stay healthy and so that you don’t have problems as you get older in life.
