Denise Morgan, Navasota ISD Director of Human Resources, was named District 6 President-Elect for the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA). Morgan and her fellow officers from the 20 TEPSA districts across the state were installed at the association’s July Leadership Conference.
“These educational leaders work passionately to provide a quality education for all Texas school children,” Executive Director Sandi Borden said.
Morgan’s career in education spans 18 years. She received her Ed.D. from Sam Houston State University and has served as a district officer since 2005.
Since 1917, TEPSA has served Texas principals and supervisors. TEPSA has more than 5,800 members. These administrators supervise more than 150,000 teachers who direct the activities of more than 2.4 million Pre K-8 school children.
