Cameron-Joseph Tyree Sneed IV, age 55, of Cameron, died Saturday in a car accident near Navasota, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2 p m Friday in the chapel of Green-Patterson Funeral Home with Father Walter Matus officiating. Burial will follow in the Sneed Cemetery.

Mr. Sneed was born January 26, 1957, in Ithaca, New York, to Madelyn and Joseph Sneed III, and was an Attorney at Law. Mr. Sneed graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, and later graduated from the University of Texas law school. He had practiced in Austin for the past twenty years as a civil litigation and trial lawyer.

Survivors include his wife, Aminda T. Sneed of Cameron, son Joseph Tyree Sneed V, Daughter Kimberley Ryan Miller of Marshall, sisters Carly Florina of Washington, DC, Clara Sneed and nephew Sam Berzon, both of Berkley CA. Mother-In-Law Irma Walk of Brownsville and granddaughter, Brigette Amelia Ryan of Marshall.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron.
