Roy Elwood Tribbey

Roy Elwood Tribbey, 87 of Hearne, passed from this life on September 23, 2012.




A memorial service will be held in Roy's honor on Saturday, October 13, at Coulter Field. Roy had been a flight instructor for the U.S. Air Force and a crop duster for Putz Aeral Service, as well as a manager at Coulter Field from 1967-1990. He also built hangers at Hearne Airport and at Coulter Field.




Roy is preceded in death by parents, Ralph & Jennie Tribbey; one brother, Dale Tribbey; son, James Tribbey and wife, Joan Tribbey.




He is survived by his son, Dean Tribbey and wife, Donna; granddaughter, Tiffany Tribbey; two sisters, Lois and Faith in Wisconsin; one sister, Ruth in Oklahoma; one brother, Glenn in Michigan and his ex-wife, Marilyn Koehler.
