Roy Elton Bradford

Ray Elton Bradford, 65, of Bryan passed away Monday, September 24, 2012 at St. Joseph Regional Health Center.




Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, September 28, at Jones-Washington Mortuary. Services are set for 11 a.m. Saturday, September 29, at United Full Gospel Baptist Church with Apostle J.C. Ebbs, officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.




Ray was born May 31, 1947 in Madisonville, to Mansfield Bradford and Opal Bradford. He was a member of United Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing dominoes and fishing.




Ray was preceded in death by his parents Mansfield and Opal Bradford, two sister: Stella Bradford and Fay Ola Bradford, one brother: Earl Bradford, Sr.




Survivors include his wife, Ruby Bradford; sons and daughters-in-law, Ray Bradford, Jr. and Rita, Tracy Bradford and Tonya, Tony Bradford and Tynisha, and Brian Bradford, daughter and son-in-law, Lillie Bradford-Wyatt and Dennis; brother, Michael Bradford; sister, Lethia Bradford-Blackmon; twenty-five grandchildren; special friends, Willie and Wanda Brown.
