Jesus has welcomed Mary Beth into her new home in Heaven. Her final days were spent surrounded by family at Hillcrest Hospital in Waco where she passed away peacefully after a brief illness.

The family will receive visitors from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, October 6, at Bremond Funeral Home in Bremond. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Sunday, October 7, at First Baptist Church in Bremond with interment to follow at Heard's Prairie Cemetery, east of Bremond.

She was one of seventeen children born to Mack & Mary Eula McKinney. She was the beloved wife of Herman Lee White for over 48 years. A few years after his death, she married John Sterling who was a childhood friend.

Mary Beth was preceded in death by her parents, her first and second husbands, and all of her brothers and sisters.

She will forever be remembered by her devoted children, Marietta Lawson and husband, Homer of Axtell, Texas; Sue Yezak and husband, Leon Jr. of Marlin; Jan Hughes of Easterly; Rodger White and wife, Paula of Bremond; Jay White and wife, Barbara of Bremond; Farah Robinson and husband, Bo of LaVernia, Texas; 21 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren with 3 more coming soon), along with countless other friends and family who were blessed to know her.

Arrangements are entrusted to Bremond Funeral Home.
